Built-in Prime roller shutter is the same system like in top-mounted version with an additional L-shaped anchor and styrofoam.
The styrofoam filling mounted to the front profile of the box serves as a base for any finishing material, which makes the box
unnoticeable part of the building facade.
Built-in roller shutter provide excellent thermal insulation, because the do not interfere with the construction of windows, doors, and lintels.
Built-in roller shutter is a perfect solution for those who care about blending the shutter into the facade, becoming its integral part.
Regardless of the VEGAS Prime variant used, simplicity of the servicing works is ensured by bottom revision. We can access
the shutter from the bottom by screwing off the screws fixing the revision profile.
Standard profiles are 39-mm aluminium profiles.

This is a new proposition for everybody who value modern shading solutions. As every VEGAS system, this one also has been designed basing on many years of experience and tips from professionals and specialists from the branch, considering the needs and requirements posed by today’s market.
- Vegas Prime shape and design prevents any excess of water, snow, dust to remain on the roller shutter. Your
Vegas Prime roller shutter will stay clean and tidy at all times throughout the whole year. - Integrated insect screen – up to 250 cm high. It is equipped with a brake that slows down the insect screen when rolling up.
- Rear profile – available in different heights depending on the needs. Wherever budget version is required 108mm rear profile might be used to lower the cost of the roller shutter.
- Revision profile– in case of service, the box may be revised from the bottom. Thanks to wide range of colours, it will meet everyone’s needs.
- L-slat profile – makes it easy to transform Vegas Prime roller shutter, into a built-in roller shutter ready to be incorporated into the wall of any building, at any time.
- Styrofoam llers – covers the roller shutter box making it easy to apply wall external insulation. In addition it tunes out the sounds coming out of the roller shutter making the roller shutter operation very quiet.
- Box side covers – mask all imperfections of front cover’s cut sides. No screws or rivets will be visible from outside.
